RES: Question in Travel Management - workflow

Hi all,

We are having the same problem here. I suspect it's a customization setting,
since it's working fine on the development system but it's not on the
production system. In the development system it works just like Mike said,
it waits until the register is unlocked, but in the production system it
waits for like nine seconds and then it gets tired and move on to the next
step. Any clues?

Hi Bala,
HR has it's own locking concept which has nothing to do with editing, e.g.
while running payroll. The WF design is correct, as it will sit and retry
until payroll is complete. 

I can't remember the details at the mo where you can check, but you can talk
to your HR people.
