Language Issue in Workflow

Aadesh,
I believe that for any custom workflow tasks (custom elements, verbage,
etc.), the language conversion needs to be done manually.  From within
the workflow builder, select Extras->Translation->Translation, and then
choose from English to Japanese.  This will enable you to enter the
translated elements, descriptions, decision texts, etc.  (Any email
texts have to be done by logging in Japanese and entering the translated
email text from there.)

Dear All,
 
I am facing a problem in the Workflow regarding the Language conversion.
I have a Sales Order workflow which is in English but same workflow I
need to give for Japan Users. Is there any settings that will convertr
the Workitem in Japnese when the Workflow gets executed.
 
When I logged in Japanese and executed the Workflow, the Workitem
description is not coming correctly.
