Language Issue in Workflow

Dear All,

I am facing a problem in the Workflow regarding the Language conversion.
I have a Sales Order workflow which is in English but same workflow I need
to give for Japan Users. Is there any settings that will convertr the
Workitem in Japnese when the Workflow gets executed.

When I logged in Japanese and executed the Workflow, the Workitem
description is not coming correctly.
