EBP workflow- Incorrect approval preview

Hello,
 
I have strange situation for EBP workflow. 
In workflow technical log, I am able to see that approval is carried out
by previous approvers .
 
However in Approval preview graphical display for current approver,
status of shopping cart still shows as "To be Approved By".
Please help me in analyzing  how this is happening.
