Yeah Mike, I saw it and came to know of these two reports

 RSWUWFML2
 RSWUWFML

To send email notifications about work items. But when I run these two reports, the I see that there is a section in the selection screen to 'Add executable Attachment for E-Mail for

 It has three checkboxes.

 Workflow Entry
 WorkItem Display
 WorkItem Execution

The Workflow Entry checkbox is enabled while the other two options are disabled. How can I enable the other two checkboxes and avail the work items to be displayed and executed in my outlook inbox.

 Regards,
 Vijay
