transport request workflow.

We recently implemented the transport workflow on 6.20. If you don't need to do any customization to the delivered workflow, I think you'll find that everything can be done by configuring STMS correctly - which Basis should probably do.  The SAP Help on this topic is actually pretty good.
 
Of course, we did significant customization ;-)   so I may be inaccurate about how completely the delivered WF can be implemented from STMS.

The business object is 'CTPROPOSAL'.  I recommend reading the documentation for TMS (Transport Management System). Go to help.sap.com and search on 'Transport Management System'.  
 
*	Your Basis people will need to do some configuration in STMS. 

*	If you develop a custom workflow, execute program RSCTWFTE to configure TMS to execute your custom workflow when a Transport Request is released. 
 
We're on 4.7, so I hope this advice works for 4.6.

Hi fellow workflow specialists,
 
I need some guidance in my new workflow assignment. It is like this. In SE10 when someone release a transport request, a workflow should trigger and send the request through transaction STMS to set of people. Can any one tell me if there is any business object for this and if so which even should i use. If not how to do this.By the way we are in 4.6C.Any help will be greatly appreciated.
