Workflow from Past triggered

Hi Lalitha,

Were these workflows waiting for a deadline ?  Check to see that 
RSWWDHEX has been running consistently.  If the workflows were waiting 
for a deadline, and this job went off the rails, the workflows would get 
restarted when someone (who?) restarted the job RSWWDHEX.  If this is 
the case, try OSS note 842246.
