help for a send mail

Hello,
I am new member and so I don't know how is this forum.
I'll try to compose my problem. I have created an workflow with a step "send mail" using method
SELFITEM/sendtaskdescription. This step sends a message when a document has released. 
I cannot see the link to my document,I also see the message but I cannot see the document on sap.I put in the containers the attachments but I don't see it.
Someone can help me?
