attachment with wf (send cause of rejection)

Thanks for the info. Lianghuan. I should try this out sometime.
But isn't my previous way (confirm end of processing step) also a way of 
sending attachments.
I was thinking that's the way people send attachments. If they do it using 
this HTML Process,
then the user has to close the previous work item, open his new work item in 
SBWP and then give the reason..isn't it.
