BWSP setup

Dear workflow experts,
 My current project is using SAP Web GUI. When I go to web inbox BWSP, the 
screen looks very messy, and the basis people said that is SAP default. But 
I know it could be displayed much better like what I see in SAP book.
Is there any way to configure the web inbox? 
 Please kindly help. I need it so much.
