Task status "Completed" but WF stuck due to Oracle issues.

Hi Rick,
Have you checked the system log SM21? Might give you some clues, though 
it sounds pretty obvious what the likely problem was - it ran out of 
space (tablespace, extents, disk space...). If Basis umm and ahhh and 
try to avoid giving you an explanation then I guess you know whose fault 
it was...

I've had to recreate workflows once or twice: Cancel the flow and start 
from scratch: SWUE, then fiddle the containers as you go along to redo 
what's been happening. Or talk nicely to affected users and ask them to 
repeat the last step.
