Hi Rick,

Did you check ST22 for any shortdumps? These usually explain why a
workflow stops dead without any obvious error.

cheers
Paul

Yep. Can do anything with them but logically delete. Can't force to
error, change agent, ...

When you get the OSS resolved I would appreciate a *ping*!

Thanks

I have exactly the same situation right now. We just upgraded to 4.7
and for the first week I got about 3 dozen suspended workflows. All I
know is that you can find them all using SWPC, but they won't restart
with that transaction. I was able to restart some of them after placing
the workflow in error and restarting with SWPR, but some workflows then
could just not restart! There is an issue OSS acknowledged (I'm working
with them right now) when restarting workflows that use subworkflows . .
.
Just my $0.02 . . .

Yes. Everything "looks" normal.
Task shows completed but WF is stuck inprocess with no other tasks to
be performed. i.e.
Tasks 1 completed, should have gone to Task 2. Just got stuck trying
to
complete Task 1.
These WFs are dead in the water. No task to execute and no way to
restart. (Not by any tools I know of anyway)

In SWWIHEAD, I found that WI_STAT = 'COMPLETED' and CB_DONE is not
'X'.

After looking at WFs that were not effected it does not appear that
this should be
the status of this flag when completed.

It would be a good thing to be able to recover from this Call Back not
completing.
Still looking at SAP FMs...

Thanks!

Hi Rick,
Que? I read your post a few times: Users completed some tasks and now
the tasks show as completed and have no errors and you cannot restart
them..?!??

At the risk of stating the obvious, this sounds perfectly normal.

Cheers
Mike
