Hello,

no it's not a completely new inbox, just kind of a different view on it
:-)
In order to make your workflow items show up there you have to add the
task id's in Customizing, look under CRM > Interaction Center > Visible
Components > Inbox....

kind regards,
Veit

That Workflow Modeler is a CRM special ! So can't help you there.

Subject: SAP Inbox through BSP

Greetings W'flowers

Please excuse the vagueness of this post, but I'm not entirely sure myself
what I need to do. Hence, any help or guidance, however obscure, would be
appreciated. Alternately, recommendations for a nice mental institution
would also be welcomed.

I am working on a CRM 4.0 (SP1) system, and have designed a rather lovely
workflow the handles customer interaction records. Everything works fine
using the Business Workplace in the SAP GUI. The boffins here have created
a browser-based frontend using BSP that will be used by the Call Centre
guys. While this includes an Inbox as standard, this does not seen to have
any link to the SAP Business Workplace.

So, my question is: Is there an easy way of replicating the Business
Workplace in the browser frontend? Or will I need to develop something
specifically?

There is also a mythical Workflow Modeler that we can't seem to get
working. Is this the answer to my plight?

Any suggestions will be welcomed!

Thanks

Lyal
