just kind of a different view on it :-)</font>
<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">In order to make your workflow items
show up there you have to add the task id's in Customizing, look under
CRM > Interaction Center > Visible Components > Inbox....</font>

have designed a rather lovely workflow the handles customer interaction
records. Everything works fine using the Business Workplace in the SAP
GUI. The boffins here have created a browser-based frontend using BSP that
will be used by the Call Centre guys. While this includes an Inbox as standard,
this does not seen to have any link to the SAP Business Workplace.</font>

of replicating the Business Workplace in the browser frontend? Or will
I need to develop something specifically?</font>
