Outlook integration with SAP

Assuming you have Portals, I send them a URL link in Outlook which takes them to a Portals iView of the SAP Inbox in Portals.  This will require SAP on the desktop or SAP for HTML or SAP Java GUI.  Depends on what your Portals team is implementing for R/3 delivery in Portals.
