Deadline monitoring

Hi everyone,

I am trying to use model deadline monitoring. Once workitem pass
certain number of days without any action it should forward the same
workitem to another person (role resolution will determain the agent
id). Since this is first time I am trying to do this, I need detail
steps on how to develop the workflow. It should countinue doing the
above until it received the same agent id twice from role or workitem
completed.

Any help would be really appreciated.
