AW: EBP offline approval

Hi Miguel,
 
in our project we done it in the following way:
 
- in the user data (SU01) from WF-BATCH the field E-Mail contains the e-mail address where the response mail should be send (example: wf-batch at prod.mch.sbs.de )
- prod.mch.sbs.de is the DNS name from the server where the Web Application Server of EBP is running
- the SMTP plug-in from this WAS runs on port 25 on server prod.mch.sbs.de (talk to the basic guys), so the e-mail is finding the system
- WF-Batch forward the received e-mails to another user (e.g. MAILADMIN) -->maintain office settings in workplace
- User MAILADMIN runs Report RBBP_OFFLINE_EVAL as job and the received e-mails are processed and the workflow is triggered.
 
- Note: we only working in intranet without DMZ, Firewall, external IP's etc.

Hi,
 
I am trying to set up the shopping carts offline approval in EBP 5.0 through Outlook.
Users receive a mail in Outlook from WF-BATCH to approve or reject a shopping cart, in the mail they have two links (APPROVE, REJECT).
When users click on these links, Outlook should send a predefined mail to WF-BATCH SAP in-box that will be processed in background.
Our SRM system is set-up to send mails but not to receive mails, could someone explain how to do it?
I guess I should use something like WF-BATCH at EBP.company.com.
