prod.mch.sbs.de is the DNS name from the server where the Web Application
Server of EBP is running</FONT></SPAN></DIV>
<DIV><SPAN class=639101314-22062005><FONT face=Arial color=#0000ff size=2>- the
SMTP plug-in from this WAS runs on port 25 on server prod.mch.sbs.de (talk
to the basic guys), </FONT></SPAN><SPAN class=639101314-22062005><FONT
face=Arial color=#0000ff size=2>so the e-mail is finding the
system</FONT></SPAN></DIV>
<DIV><SPAN class=639101314-22062005><FONT face=Arial color=#0000ff size=2>-
WF-Batch forward the received e-mails to another user (e.g. MAILADMIN)
-->maintain office settings in workplace</FONT></SPAN></DIV>
<DIV><SPAN class=639101314-22062005><FONT face=Arial color=#0000ff size=2>- User
MAILADMIN runs Report RBBP_OFFLINE_EVAL as job and the received e-mails are
processed and the workflow is triggered.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>
<DIV><SPAN class=639101314-22062005><FONT face=Arial color=#0000ff
size=2></FONT></SPAN> </DIV>
<DIV><SPAN class=639101314-22062005><FONT face=Arial color=#0000ff size=2>-
Note: we only working in intranet without DMZ, Firewall, external IP's

approval in EBP 5.0 through Outlook.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>Users receive a mail in Outlook from WF-BATCH to
approve or reject a shopping cart, in the mail they have two links (APPROVE,
REJECT).</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>When users click on these links,
Outlook should send a predefined mail to WF-BATCH SAP in-box that will be
processed in background.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>Our SRM system is set-up to send mails but not to
receive mails, could someone explain how to do it?</FONT></DIV>
