Workflow definition 'WS01000109' not in version '0002' - strange problem

Hello Everyone,

I have made changes to one of our workflow and with
out saving I came back to initial screen. Then later
on when I try to change the workflow and try to open
workflow builder system is giving an error saying
"Workflow definition 'WS01000109' not in version
'0002'"

Any ideas why this is happening ???
