Leave Request Cancellation - WS01000109

Hello,

We are implementing leave request cancellation
workflow. Once manager approves the leave request
cancellation, the step(TS01000162) which deletes the
leave request is failing to delete.What would be the
problem ? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
