Cannot bind BOR attributes of classes to BOR Elements

Could be that it worked... When it started hitting my breakpoints during
activation I just assumed it would die and decided to search for
alternates instead (or log it with OSS). Luckily I had a 640 system to
crib part of the answer from :-)
