Trigger Changed event on BUS2001

Hi All,
I want to trigger the CHANGED event on BUS2001 everytime data changes on
the Project definition.
 
What is the best way to do this?
 
I have looked as BSVW which only triggers on status changes.
 
I have tried using SWEC where I have made an entry:
Change Doc. Object = PROJ
ObjectType = BUS2001
Event = CHANGED
 
In field restrictions I have entered as a test:
Table = PROJ
Field name = POST1
Old Value = *
New Value = *
 
However when I go to CJ20N and change the POST1 field of a Project
Definition no event triggers.
 
Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong, or even if there is a better
way?
