Purchase Order: XX

All,

   Curious has anyone seen this problem, in 6.2/4.7
(SAPKB62050), in the PO Release WF at TS20000168, when the 
item is sitting in the PO creator's inbox it has under 
the 'Objects and attachments' "Purchase Order: XX" instead 
of "Purchase Order: 12345678" ?
