Object requested is currently locked by user WF-BATCH - questions 4.6c

Both RSWWDHEX and RSWWERRE are running. 
I am writing this off as a lock somewhere and I did not have Latest End
set. 
I assume something was locked. The Requested Deadline was reached and 
it cleared the deadline for the start. 
 
I will put a Latest End if this happens in production.

Why not first try SWU3 to see if the job is currently scheduled.

I have a Task with a Deadline timer that gets stuck inprocess
sometimes. 
I looked at SM58 and ST22 and don't see any issues. 
I manually set these to Ready and the WF continued executing. 
 
I have Deadline monitoring running every 3 minutes (in Dev client). 
Not sure why these Tasks were stuck or why they did not get picked 
up eventually by RSWWDHEX.
 
Any help is appreciated.
