Mark,
I get the same short dump with RSWEMC01.
If I uncheck 'Multiple Issuing' that now seems to work with RSWEMC01.
Thanks
David

Have you tried using program RSWEMC01 instead? This has worked fine for
me in the past.

Subject: Event Creation Using Message Control

Hello All,
I am trying to configure an output message type in V/40.

I have defined the output type e.g. ZIEB
Application : V3 Billing
Trans Medium 9
Program : RVNSWE01
Form Routine: CREATE_EVENT

I have set up partner functions e.g. just one entry '9 Events SAP
Business Workflow' Function = 'BP' bill-to party

When I go to VF02 (for a BP number I have set up in VV31) and go to Goto
--> Header --> Output I get a short dump.

In VV31 I have set up an entry for a Sales Org for a Business Partner
number as we want to restrict it to certain business partners.

The message I get in ST22 is:
"A PERFORM was used to call the routine "CREATE_EVENT" of the program
"RVNSWE01
 ".

The current call contains 0 actual parameter(s),

but the routine "CREATE_EVENT" expects 2 parameters.

parameters. "

Has anyone come across this before or know what is causing it ?
Many Thanks
David
