Generating a link to view the Invoice from external mail

Hello,

I have a requirement to provide the link to view the
invoice document in EBP from external mail(outlook)
like the one program RSWUWFMLEC generates to approve
the
workitem(http://XXX.us.XXX.com:8000/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/bbpstart/!bbpstart/!?WI=000000048047&...).


Appreciate your help on this.
