Undo Ad-Hoc workflow

Robert,
Sounds like you have bigger problems - suspect its your authorisations that are killing you not ad hoc agent assignment.
Ad hoc doesn't have anything to do with the start event as such - although it may have added some extra container elements, and possibly it's the missing container elements that are affecting your start event. What release are you on? You might want to check for OSS notes.
Jocelyn

Well,

In my case, the start event disappeared and the bindings can't be made when I assign a new event. The workflow containerelements are gone from the workflow (not in PFTC but in GOTO - Workflow container) !

I went to the hat icon and I saw the Ad-hoc setting @ Technical Information . Unfortunately, I can't change the setting to standard (Authorizations??). I have changed it in tables (SWDSHEADER & SWD_HEADER) But the containerlements are still gone..
Strange!

Thnx for the support.

Regards,
Robert

Hi Robert,
There's no need to change it back. All that setting does is allow adhoc agent assignment to be used - it doesn't force you to use it.

However if you really want to then looking in the Basic Data of the workflow - i.e. go to the workflow flowchart display and press the hat icon - make sure you are not just in PFTC - that's only a tiny selection of basic data now. You need to press the hat icon from within the flowchart display. The adhoc agent setting sets a flag in basic data - just uncheck it.

Regards,
Jocelyn

All,,

A nice one on the friday...

I have created a workflow and I tried the option in menu Extras - Ad Hoc functions - Enable adhoc agent assignment.
This option is not the solution for me.

Now, I want to change the workflow to Standard again, but I can't find where this can be done...
I can not change the basic data ..

Does anyone know how I can do this???

Regards,
Robert
