Employee reference in USR01 object type

Hi All,
 
 
 
Do someone know where does the Employee gets reference in the USR01 object
type? If we look in the container for the the
&_WORKITEM.CREATEDBYUSER.EMPLOYEE.NAME& I can use it but if we look at the
USR01 object type, the Employee part does not exist.
 
 
 
I had a problem because I created a subtype of USR01 and did the delegation
and know I am getting an error that tells me that ZUSR01 does not support
EMPLOYEE.
