Hi Robert,

did you check swu3, are all workflow related jobs running? Check the RFC
as well.

Best regards.

Hi all,

We have some strange behavior with the workflows on production
environment.

1) workflows have a huge time of delay before the first workitem
appears. This is when an agent starts the workflow with a
start-transaction. You would expect that the first (dialog) workitem
would appear within max. 2 minutes. Unfort., this happens after 15
minutes.
2) there is also a delay in the appearance of the first workitem when it
starts with an event. This can also be app. 15 minutes.

Could this delay be caused by performance settings (WF-BATCH has perhaps
lower priority??)? Or is this due to bad workflow settings?

3) when the workflows start with events, all the agents first get
workitems in their inbox. After a while, the workitems disappear and
only stay in the Inbox of the right agents (depending on a rule). Since
the event is raised in a dunning run, the number of events are huge and
the number of workitems thus also huge.

How is this possible? Is this a workflow setting of a general SAP
setting?

Hope you can help....

Regards,
Robert
