Monique,
Check out OSS Note # 301466. It describes a situation where user settings
saved on a previous release can not be read. It provides two reports
(ZSSOCFCL and ZSSOCFCLX) to remedy the situation. It worked for me when
upgrading from 46B to Enterprise.
Hope this helps,

Subject: Enterprise 4.7 error
I have a user that is getting an ABAP dump (see below) when they try to
go into their workflow inbox on Enterprise 4.7 (in the test system). So
far, I have only seen this on one user in my test system. Has anyone
else encountered the dump or can tell me what it means? I looked at the
user's workflow inbox in the 4.6C test system but did not see anything
out of the ordinary.
