Forwarding workitem by an administrator

Hello WF experts,
  I have one worklow and a workitem is sent to an agent. While the workitem
is still in the agent's inbox (the agent has not executed the workitem,
still in ready status), an administrator needs to forward the workitem to
another agent.
  Is there any standard transaction/reports that the administrator can
execute to forward the workitem to another agent.
