type linkage deactivated

Hello,
the type linkage was deactivated (by the system itself) and we have
absolutely no idea what happened:
 
here the story.....
workflow template WS90000045
 
before 5.3.2004   all older versions 000 and 001 were completed

                                 new version 002 of workflow template WS90000045 was transported
                                 type linkage BUS1001 event ZSTOCKEMPTY WS90000045 was activated (without event queue,
with global flag)
