type linkage deactivated

Hi Michael,
 
This is a known "imprecision" in the Workflow system; after transports, the
system can sometimes not find/activate the new version.
 
Try activating the definition in the target system, even though that might
be protected against changes and you get error messages saying it wasn't
saved. Then refresh the org bugger (transaction swu_obuf) and usually that
does the trick for me.

the type linkage was deactivated (by the system itself) and we have
absolutely no idea what happened:

workflow template WS90000045
 
before 5.3.2004   all older versions 000 and 001 were completed
