Responsibilities Rule in CIC

Whatever the reason is, it is specific to that application.  So put a query in OSS to the IS-U developers.

What I am wondering is why the RULE responsibilities are used in the CIC??
Is this a standard setting in SAP (perhaps in the org. model??) It are not
CIC profiles..

So currently your users are forced to choose between responsibilities and
you don't want that?
That's definitely the opposite way to how it works elsewhere in workflow.
Must be a CRM specific
approach.  In which case you should probably ask your query via OSS - see if
the developers can
make some suggestions on how to handle this.

I have created several rules with responsibilities.
Several people are assigned to several responsibilities.
 
The problem is that these users have to choose between the responsibilities
in the CIC.
 
How is this possible??
