Hi Nicholas,
Yes please use the SRM pseudo bapis such as BBP_PD_CONF_GETDETAIL for this info.
*** UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES **** would you go directly to tables in SRM. This generally applies to ALL coding in SRM - the relationships are extremely complex and the chances of getting it wrong are very high.

Another tip - when using transaction SWO1 "Test" function and pressing the "Create instance" button, you can do an F4 on the GUID field to bring up a search help. If you choose "Documents by object number" and put your confirmation object id in the field "Transaction number", the search help will return the appropriate guid.

Just to let you know...
I've resolved this using the function module BBP_PD_CONF - here I can
specify just the confirmation number and the FM returns the GUID.

Good old GUIDs!

Hello,

In EBP 3.5 I'm after a table that stores the confirmation number and the
confirmation GUID.

I need to test a copy of the business object BUS2203. To do this I need the
GUID associated with the confirmation number but as no workflow is started
I can't easily find the GUID associated with the confirmation number -
hence the question!

Thank you.

Kind regards,
Nicholas Brand
