EBP 3.5 - Custom Work Item Text Not being Used

Hi,
 
This is probably a silly request but at this point I'm a bit frazzled so I'm
asking.
 
For TS10008061 (Ask Whether Requester Accepts Rejection) I've got a customer
defined work item text as well as the SAP defined item text.
 
Why is it that I can't get the customer one to replace the SAP one? The work
item selection display (SWI1) as well as RSWUWFMLEC all seem to use the SAP
one.
 
What am I missing?
