UWL and substitutes ?

Substitution is not available in the EP 6.0 SP2 version of the UWL.  In =
discussions with the UWL Product Managers, I was told that this is because th=
e=
 UWL has to support all flavors of workflow engines in SAP, and substitution =
is only available in Business Workflow.  They are aware that this is a seriou=
s=
 limitation from the standpoint of the workflow community, and have told me =
that it WILL be addressed in a future release.  I'm not sure what that means =
=66rom a timing or implementation perspective.

I am also currently implementing the UWL in EP6 and there is no option to
setup the substitute. If you are using the A210 (substitute) relation, you
will not have an option to adopt the substitution...
 
Did you try to put the 'Substitute for' field on the Task tab=3F Because, if
you use the SAP Workplace, you can add that column but I don't see it on the
UWL!=3F!

Was wondering if any of you folks who have configured and used the UWL know
if you can configure a substitute from the universal worklist in EP 6.0 =3F
 
Had a quick look on our EP 6.0 patch level 2 system but don't see this
option from the UWL. Don't see any info under the UWL section on the SAP
help portal either.
 
Any feedback would be great.
