UWL and substitutes ?

Thanks Serge and John for the update !! Was wondering how folks are doing
substitutions via the portal then ? We are implementing SRM/EBP and was hoping
to use the UWL but I guess we can use the SRM inbox via the portal. Just don't
want users to access the SAPGui to do their own substitutions.
