Removing items from Outbox ( from UWL )

Swami,
 
You can use transaction SO16 to set expiration days for documents in the Outbox for all users: SO16 - Document org tab.
 
 
 
You can also not move documents to the Outbox.  Individual: Workplace - Settings - Office
 
Settings - Send/print tab - uncheck Move document to Outbox.  All new users: SO16 -
 
User tab - uncheck Copy to Outbox.  All users: SOY1 - uncheck Copy to Outbox.
 
 
 
Finally, program RSSODLIN will clear messages from the Outbox folder by user
 
(documents not workitems).

there is no deletion option from EP. Since the users donot have SAP GUI they
are struck. So we are trying to check if archiving or deletion can be done

We are in 46c with EP 5.0
