Removing items from Outbox ( from UWL )

Hello All,
 
Is there a way to archive the outbox periodically and centrally by
Administrator ?. The outbox is cluttered when accessing it from E-portal and
there is no deletion option from EP. Since the users donot have SAP GUI they
are struck. So we are trying to check if archiving or deletion can be done
centrally. Or Is there any other way ?
We are in 46c with EP 5.0
