Problems with getting AC_CONTAINER values when testing FMs with "Test data directory"

I am testing some FMs with using values from saved "Test data directory". 
Sometimes I can not get the container value no matter what I pass in or how I declare the value.
For instance, 
 
AC_CONTAINER 'l_myValue1' 'test1'
AC_CONTAINER 'l_myValue2' 'test2'
 
I added a new value to the test data like, 
AC_CONTAINER 'l_myValue3' 'test3'
 
an I can not get it in the FM via,
SWC_GET_ELEMENT AC_CONTAINER ''l_myValue3' myValue3.
 
Any hints?
