Thank you very much Dave!

I have been working on it since yesterday. Did what you suggested and
copied the task as I needed Multiple agents.

The workitem goes to the appropriate (actual agent) to choose the next
agent, except that the list is always empty; when looking at the workflow
trace it says: "1 recipients found" and that is OK, I am supposed to have
one as I have tested the result of the role 99900004 of the next step.

Would anyone know why the list is always empty??

Thank you!

Check out the business object WF_TASK and the method GetListandDispatch.
This
takes a wf task (your next step) as an import parameter and all the agents
assigned to it are displayed in a popup for the user to select...i am using
the
very thing at the moment.

Check out task TS30200141 that you can use or use as a copy if you want to
select multiple agents.

Cheers
Dave
