Workflows prior to 4.7

We are in the process of upgrading to 4.7 from 4.6C.  When I execute
ME28 and enter in the appropriate release code, I am only seeing PO's
created after we did a client copy of PSS (4.6C).  I don't know if I may
have accidentally clicked on some buttons to make the other documents
disappear.  But, if I look at SWI5 for a particular user, there are more
documents there than I see on ME28.

Do we need to do something to bring documents in workflow prior to 4.7
over?
