Workflows in xRPM and cProjects

Has anyone worked with these two SAP xApps using workflows ?
I am finding it hard to find any kind of documentation on what standard wor=
kflows these application have and what is required to set up the workflows.
Also if there is a control panel like in R/3 and CRM to auto set up the wor=
kflow runtime engine ?
Any help/links appreciated.
