Interface of 'Event container FM' (function module in tx SWEC)

Hi,
 
I want to raise an event using a change document. From transaction SWEC
'Events for change documents' it is possible to specify a field named
'Event container FM', with which you can still perform operations on the
event container immediately before the event manager is called, that is,
before possible event receivers are determined.
 
Is there someone who can give me some details on the interface of such a
function module, so I have access to the event ID (I want to use the
event ID to check for the value of EV_PROGRAM in table SWELOG).
