Workitem error - workflow administrator is not notified

Carolyn,
 
We're on 4.6C support package SAPKB46C41. I implemented note '375994 - No error notification for Workflow
Administrator' to correct this. Now the workflow administrator is nortified of all workflow errors. Hope this
helps.
 
The note applies to the following releases:
 
46C          SAPKB46C44
46D          SAPKB46D33
