No agent assignment after Transports

Hi,
 
>From this I conclude that there is a setting that controls if this kind of customizing/configuration is or isn't
transportable. Maybe table T77S0, entry TRSP.CORR is related (this setting controls if/how organizational plan
is transported, in our development client the setting is empty).
