Form Step In Workflow - Can't change screen number.

Hi All
I hope someone can help me.
I have a workflow that has a form step in it. Two in fact.
One of the form steps I want to change the screen number in the binding to
another number that a dynpro exists for.
When I edit the number e.g. from 0002 to 0100, I check it and it checks OK,
I save it and the workflow.
However when I go back into the workflow, the screen number has changed back
to the original number e.g. 0002.
 
What am I doing wrong ?
