Highlights and underline texts do not work with SENDTASKDESCRIPTION method

Hi Monica,
Most likely your mail is sent as plain text - without formatting. I can't
remember where this is configured in SAP, but it's definitely part of the
mail setup - not workflow. It could also be in the Notes/Exchange side. A
simple way to tell is that Outlook by default shows plaintext messages in
a courier font.
