grouping wf work items

Hi Fredrik
You can use the collective mail option to send one mail per user rather than send a mail per work item.
And in any case is a report - schedule it however you want - it picks up all new work items in READY status
since the last job run.
Jocelyn.

Subject: grouping wf work items

Hello!

I am new to this with workflow and are sitting with a question to which I
can not find an answer on SAP help or OSS. And it is the first time I use
the forum.

Here it goes:
Can I group several work items to on e-mail. What I mean is, instead of
getting a new mail notification for every work item, can I make the wf to
"wait" for more, let say every 4 hour or so?

Best regards,

//Fredrik
